For customers who want to casually try titanium accessories
and see how they feel to wear,
we are introducing our Metal Allergy Guarantee.
At Leger, we craft our products from safe, reliable pure titanium
that stays gentle on your skin.
The Metal Allergy Guarantee is proof of our confidence in how our products treat your skin.
If you have never tried titanium accessories,
or you are unsure whether titanium suits your skin,
we hope you will take advantage of this guarantee.
If a Leger product does not suit your skin,
we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery.
If you experience irritation or itching after trying one of our accessories, please contact us by email within 30 days of delivery, including details of your symptoms and photos.
After reviewing your email, we will send you instructions; please follow them to return the item.
Once we receive and review the item, we will issue your refund.
1. Important notes
- 〇 If you experience symptoms of a metal allergy from using a Leger product, please contact us first by email or phone. (Please read "2. How to apply" below.)
- 〇 The following items are not covered:
- Items outside the guarantee (sale items, lucky bags, etc.)
- Items with optional customization (engraving, stone setting, etc.)
- Returns requested for customer reasons
- Items with obvious or intentional damage
- 〇 Refunds are issued after deducting our original shipping and packaging costs. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- 〇 In some cases, we may determine at our discretion that an item is not covered by the guarantee.
