How to submit a review
Please share your thoughts on the products you purchased.
Your feedback encourages us to create even better products.
STEP 1 Open the review section on the product page
Open the page of the product you purchased and scroll down to the "Customer Reviews" section at the bottom of the page.
STEP 2 Tap "Write a review"
Tap the "Write a review" button in the review section to open the submission form.
STEP 3 Enter your star rating and comments
Select your star rating (1-5 stars) and enter your name, email address, and review text.
You can also optionally choose how your photo and name are displayed (e.g., initials).
STEP 4 Submit to complete
Tap the "Submit Review" button to complete your submission.
Reviews submitted will be published on the product page after we have verified their content.
Before submitting
- You can also submit a review using the same steps from the review request email sent after product shipment.
- Please note that it may take some time for your review to be published.
- Please do not include personal information (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) in the review text.
Review Submission Benefit
Those who submit a review will receive a 1,000 yen OFF coupon via email around the 20th of the following month, which can be used for your next purchase.
